Constraction and integration of robotic stations
We help our clients automate machining processes by implementing appropriate programming solutions as well as building and integrating robotic stations. We specialize in the automation of processes related to milling, grinding, deburring or replacing details on machining centres. Thanks to over 20 years of presence on the market and the possibility of cooperation with companies representing various industries, we can boast of extensive experience, which is invaluable when designing solutions that meet the needs reported by our clients.
Robotization of material removal and surface finishing
In a manufacturing company, competitiveness and stable development are achieved thanks to the automation of processes, precision, repeatability, resistance to difficult working conditions, high efficiency and the possibility of continuous operation. For many decades, industrial robots have met these requirements and now play a key role in the implementation of the concept of Industry 4.0. In the automotive and electronics sectors, industrial robots are already essential for the smooth functioning of production processes. They include not only traditional tasks such as handling, welding, cutting, palletizing or packaging, but are also increasingly used for robotization of milling, grinding, deburring and replacement of details on machining centres.
If your company needs support in implementing a project to implement robotic workstations, specialists from SOLIDEXPERT are ready to help with digital transformation and the implementation of the industrial revolution 4.0. The company specializes in the construction of robotic stations for the processes of material removal and surface finishing. We invite you to cooperate with us!

What does the construction of robotic workstations look like?
The construction of robotic stations is a process that requires an individual approach to each client in order to meet their unique expectations and guarantee the highest quality of services. Our company is able to automate various processes, such as milling, grinding, deburring, machine handling, palletizing, pick & place, welding and welding.
Find out how we work!
During the construction of robotic workstations, we use:
- SOLIDWORKS while creating a mechanical design of the station
- SOLIDWORKS Electrical by creating an electrical design
- FANUC RoboGuide and Eureka Robot for simulation and offline programming of robots
- and we program and configure PLC, HMI controllers and drives from leading manufacturers – SIEMENS, ALLEN-BRADLEY, MITSUBISHI.
The process of building and integrating robotic stations can be divided into several stages. SOLIDEXPERT participates in each of them. Participation in the entire process, from the beginning to the very end, allows us to guarantee the highest quality of implementation! Below we present the stages of activities we carry out.
We analyse the requirements and expectations of the client in order to be able to propose an optimal solution.
After the audit is completed, we create a plan for the construction and implementation of a robotic station along with an estimated cost estimate and a schedule of activities.
Based on the created design of the stand, we assemble it in our plant in order to run it and verify the correctness of the proposed solutions.
During the start-up of the station, we monitor the correctness of the processes and check whether the cycle time is optimal and consistent with the established assumptions.
We present a report on the launch of the station, on the basis of which the client agrees to its final form.
We carry out the installation of the station at the Customer’s location in accordance with the approved plan.
We conduct a service course for operators of a new robotic station.
After the assembly of the station at the customer’s, we optimize processes to ensure that the installed workstation meets the highest customer requirements.
After completing the process of implementing a robotic station, we offer our customers after-sales support, including technical assistance and maintenance services
Take advantage of the robotization relief in 2023!
In 2023, a relief for robotization is available. Companies that decide to invest in the automation and robotization of production processes can take advantage of the tax relief. Deduction from the tax base of 50% of eligible costs related to investments in robotization applies to:
- purchase or leasing of new robots and cobots,
- software purchase,
- purchase of accessories (e.g. tracks, rotators, controllers, motion sensors, end effectors),
- purchase of occupational health and safety (OSH) equipment,
- training for employees who will operate the new equipment,
- launching trial production and introducing a new product to the market,
- research and development activities in the company.
We invite you to choose SOLIDEXPERT as an implementation company and take advantage of the relief. This is the perfect time to invest in this area and secure a competitive advantage on the market.
